Vendor Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I have to set up for the duration of the Festival, or may I participate in just 1 day?
- Vendors must participate through the entire Festival. No single day vendors will be permitted.
2. Will my employees or volunteers be allowed in free?
- Each vendor will receive 2 vendor passes. Any additional volunteers or employees will need to purchase a vendor pass.
3. I haven’t received load in instruction. When will this be sent?
- Load in schedules will be sent no later than 14 days before the event, as layouts are finalized.
4. I’ve submitted an application; does this mean I’m an approved vendor?
- All applications are subject to approval. Official confirmation will be emailed.
5. Where is the Amphitheater located?
- The address is 3710 Jason Dwelley Parkway, Apopka, Florida, 32712. The Amphitheater is part of Northwest Recreation Complex, is off of Ponkan Road, behind Wolf Lake Elementary & Middle Schools.
